Concession Rates
Disco Bowl Ltd offer a reduced rate ticket for people with disabilities. One carer may also use the concession rate ticket when caring for a concession user. Concession rate availability is subject to the centre’s discretion and may have restricted availability.
Disco Bowling & Strobe Lighting Effects
Some centres offer bowling with Disco Lights and Strobe Lighting at selected times. This may include the use of strobe effect lighting. Music will generally be played at a louder volume during these sessions. Please check when booking your party whether the ‘Disco bowling’ will be active.
Birthday Packages
All parties are subject to lane availability & must be pre-booked.
For online bookings, full payment is due immediately upon booking, receipt of the confirmation will be sent via email. The booking is not secured until payment has been completed, & the timeslot will still be available to other customers. Once confirmation has been received if for any reason the booking is not available a full refund will be issued.
Party bookings made in person at the centre require a non-returnable payment in full at the time of booking to secure the party.
The minimum (usually 6 children) and maximum number of children that can be accommodated at a party varies from centre to centre, please contact your local centre for further information. Birthday Parties will last for approximately 2 hours. The children have 2 hours of timed bowling during this time their party meal and drink will be served.
Parents are welcome to bring a birthday cake as this is not provided as part of the party package. Our staff will be happy to cut the cake for you should you wish so please do not bring any knives with you.
In the interests of Health & Safety, and for the comfort & wellbeing of all our customers, it is important that children are closely supervised during their visit. We ask that there is a least one appropriate supervising adult per lane for the duration of the party. It is the responsibility of the party organiser (parents or guardians) to ensure that all their guests are supervised in such a way as to avoid the possibility of any accident, injury, or inconvenience to other customers. Our staff will be happy to give advice on safe practise should this be required.
Some centres offer ‘Disco’ bowling at selected times. This may include the use of strobe effect lighting and music at a higher volume. Please check when booking your party whether the ‘Disco bowling’ will be active.
Group Packages
Available to groups with a minimum of 6 people.

Group bookings made in person at the centre require a non-returnable payment in full at the time of booking to secure the party. All payments are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation more than 7 days in advance, then at the discretion of the centre manager, monies may be transferred to a single future booking of the same value within 28 days of the original. Cancellation within 7 days will result in forfeiture of all paid monies paid.
School & Youth Deal Packages
All parties are subject to lane availability & must be pre-booked. Offers only apply to school & youth group bookings of 8 children or more (under 16 years of age).
For online bookings, full payment is due immediately upon booking, receipt of the confirmation will be sent via email. We ask that there is a least one appropriate adult present per 10 guests (under 16yrs) for the duration of the party. It is the responsibility of the party organiser to ensure that their guests are supervised in such a way as to avoid the possibility of any accident, injury, or inconvenience to other customers. Our staff will be happy to give advice on safe practise should this be required.

Online Bookings
Bookings advertised as online must wherever possible be made minimum of 24 hours in advance and may not always be purchased on the day, unless stated otherwise.
Except as set out below, there are no rights of refund or exchange, and you acknowledge that the cancellation rights contained in the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (as amended) do not apply to the services we offer. If for any reason Disco Bowl Ltd is unable to uphold your online booking, a refund may be issued at the discretion of the company, however not all payments will be refundable.

The Prices of the games of bowling are those displayed on the Website from time to time, during the ordering process, except in cases of obvious error. All prices and fees are in pounds sterling and include any applicable Value Added Tax.
Payment will be charged to your card at the time of processing your credit/debit card transaction. You cannot use any promotional vouchers or discount cards in conjunction with a booking via this Website except where specifically stated.
Games of bowling are sold by Disco Bowl Ltd at standard prices for the relevant times, and the amount payable for them will be debited immediately. By requesting games of bowling through the Web Site, you are placing a booking request for them on these Terms.
If Disco Bowl Ltd accepts your booking & payment has been made, we will display a confirmation page on your screen at the end of the payment process, and at this point there will be a contract between you and the Company. Such a contract will be governed by English Law and will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. We will also send to you a secondary e-mail confirmation of your completed order, for your information. We do not file details of your order for you to access on this Website, so we recommend that you print out a copy of the confirmation page and/or confirmation e-mail for your records.
When you make a booking via this Website, all transaction details that you provide to Disco Bowl Ltd (including your name and credit card details) will be held and used in accordance with our Privacy and Cookie Policy and will be encrypted using SSL (secure sockets layer) technology. To make any payment by credit/debit card, you must provide: the cardholder’s name and email address, the card number, the card security code, the card expiry date and (where applicable) the card start date and issue number. For security reasons, the cardholder must be present at the relevant bowling centre at the start of the booking, and you will need to take the same card as you have used to make your booking. Transactions will appear on your bank or card statement as a payment to DISCO BOWL (LOCATION) – LICKLIST.
It is your responsibility to check booking details are correct, as we are under no obligation to rectify mistakes after a contract has been formed. Please also note that we are not under an obligation to provide the services(s) to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after the confirmation page has been displayed and the confirmation email has been sent to you, if such a pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mispricing.
Unless otherwise expressly stated on this Website, bookings cannot be amended or refunded.

Juniors are considered as any person under the age of 16 years.
We reserve the right to refuse admission to any Disco Bowl Ltd centre should you breach any of Disco Bowl Ltd.’s general admission terms or these Terms and we may on occasions have to conduct security searches to ensure your safety.
Disco Bowl Ltd.’s failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right.
Disco Bowl Ltd may assign, transfer, or declare a trust over the benefit of its rights and obligations under these Terms to any party at any time without notice to you. You may not assign, transfer, or declare a trust over your rights or obligations under these Terms without Disco Bowl Ltd.’s prior written consent, which may be withheld in its absolute discretion.
Disco Bowl Ltd will not be in breach of these Terms or otherwise liable for any delay in performance of them to the extent that such breach or delay is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

General Bookings
If you wish to book games of bowling using our Web Site, we will need to know your name, e-mail address and credit card details. We gather this information to allow us, our agents, and sub-contractors to process your booking and to send you an e-mail confirmation of each booking.
Disclosure of customer information to third parties
Disco Bowl Ltd may provide aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns and related site information to reputable third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Third Party Promotions
Not Valid before 6pm on Saturdays. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Subject to Third Party Promotional Lane Availability. Cancellations are subject to forfeiture of voucher (Centre Manager may have discretion to rearrange a booking where more than 24 hours ‘notice of cancellation’ has been given.)
Offer not available during School Holidays or Bank Holiday’s which includes the weekends either side of school holiday periods.
Only one promotional voucher may be used per lane.
Only 2 consecutive Third Party Lanes may be booked at any one time (this may vary at the Centre Manager’s discretion.)

Management has the right to refuse service or admission to the centre and is facilities without reason or prior notice to the customer. Management also holds the right to amend/change or cancel any advertised promotion/event/price or availability without prior notice to any customer.
